3. User Accounts
Account Creation

Account Security
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- We recommend enabling two-factor authentication where available
Team Accounts
If you create team member accounts, you are responsible for their actions and compliance with these Terms.
4. Payment Terms
Subscription Plans
- Services are offered on a subscription basis
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
- Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
Billing
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on file
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
- You can update payment information in your account settings
Free Trial
If offered, free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends.
5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Saga Labs and its licensors.
Your Content
- You retain ownership of content you upload
- You grant us a license to use your content to provide the Service

8. Termination
